Dare to be different

Innovation is at the very heart of our company; the Latin root of the word innovation is Novum.

Whilst our roots were as a technical production company, it has been our daring ambition to be different that has led us to change the way we think about how events should be approached. Our revenue is very much generated through the full services agency model, and our multi-sector approach allows us to bring technologies from Sporting, Music and House of Worship markets to think differently in our approach to Corporate Events.

This well-rounded approach is not only welcomed by our clients, its helped us eliminate stereotypes that have plagued the industry. We do this by doing everything we can to find solutions, not just accept problems.

We love to give people opportunities to develop. Whilst maintaining our commitment to excellence and ensuring our clients and our team are set up for a win, we love to push the boundaries and give people the opportunity to develop and refine their skills further. 

 

Give something back 

We recognise and appreciate our responsibility to be active participants in our local community. We believe that it is important to give something back and make a difference. We operate a couple of discretionary schemes to support various charities and initiatives. Each year the shareholders agree on a charity to allocate a share of our profits. In addition, we support a number of charities with exceptional discounts to help them achieve their objectives.
