Design

Following our initial discovery meeting where we took a deep dive into your vision, we sculp a concept in line with your objectives for the sport.  Whether it’s electrifying athlete entrances, time keeping for broadcast, or announcer scripting, we design the creative, technical and administrative elements required to pull your event together.  We target each key deliverable with the necessary detail.  It is imperative at this stage to define measurable objectives.  What does success look like?  What do we need to achieve, and how do we know if we achieved it?

Refine

Once the initial design work has been undertaken the strategy begins to take shape, we undergo review sessions at agreed milestones to ensure that everyone is aligned and in agreement for the how we execute the event.  It’s the opportunity to review administrative, creative and technical details as well as operational logistics and arrangements.   Our pre-visualisation technologies enable you to get a glimpse of the environment before we build it for real, it can show us if we are we are on target for our outcomes.

Execute

Once our strategy and plans have been finalise we commence execution.  From digital services and content creation, to logistics and technical preparation.  Depending on the complexity of the project, execution of major sporting events can commence from anywhere between 9months and 2 weeks prior to the event starting.  It can include dummy build and a revisit to the refinement stage if necessary.  The detailed planning means that nothing goes to waste.  We are efficient and ready to activate.  Once in the venue we will begin our build, fit for a champion.  Scripts and schedules continue to be assessed as rehearsals ensure the field of play is ready. 

Activate

Its built, its safe, its rehearsed.  The field of play is ready:  A Colosseum ready to receive its gladiatorial athletes.  Our core team under the guidance of our producers and project managers conduct the orchestra of creative and technical staff to deliver a spectacle to behold.  As the action unfolds, our planning and process means that we are ready for the unpredictable that only comes from live sport. We activate each element at the right moment, keep the energy flowing ensuring that fans, athletes and officials alike are all engaged.

Measure

After the event, we capture insights and feedback to gauge the success of the key objectives. We try and present this data in facts and as measurable objective feedback to allow learnings and growth from each experience.
